Shipping to you
Free to the US, every EU country and Türkiye. We ship to the United States, the 27 countries of the European Union and Türkiye, and nowhere else yet.
When it ships
Ships in 2 business days. We email you the tracking link as soon as it leaves.
What shipping costs
Nothing: shipping is free to every country we ship to. We ship to the United States, the 27 countries of the European Union and Türkiye, and nowhere else yet.
Free: the United States, the European Union and Türkiye.
At the door
- United States: Free shipping: nothing to pay at the door.
- Türkiye: Free shipping by DHL Express: nothing to pay at the door. Prices include 10% KDV.
- The European Union: your rug is imported, so your country may charge import VAT or other import taxes, and a carrier’s handling fee, on delivery. You pay these.
Delivery times
In the US your rug arrives 3–5 business days after it ships. In the EU and Türkiye delivery times vary by country; the tracking link shows where your rug is. Unless we agree another date with you, we deliver within 30 days of your order.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery at hello@rugonic.com, with photos if it’s damaged. We’ll send a new rug or refund you, at our cost. If you gave us the wrong address, write to us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to redirect it.
